At ShahiLebas, we understand that plans can change. We're happy to assist with cancellations under the terms below:

✅ Eligibility for Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before processing or dispatch
• To request cancellation, contact our team via WhatsApp or Email as soon as possible
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy

⚠️ Exceptions

• Bridal wear and custom-made items are non-cancellable once confirmed, due to personalized production
• Cancellation requests made after dispatch are not eligible
